You Don’t Have to Be a Writer
Common Questions
What if I am not good with technology?
What if I don’t finish right away?
That’s okay. You can choose the printed workbook and simply write by hand. If you can take a photo with your phone or visit a copy shop to scan pages, we’ll handle the rest.
Each package includes a guided support window to help you complete your story at a comfortable pace. If life gets busy, you can always renew your project later—we keep your story safe.
Can my family help me?
Yes. A child, grandchild, partner, or caregiver can write your answers for you, help type them into the digital workbook, or sit with you while you remember together. We encourage this as the process can be very special for all participants.
“Is my story private?”
Yes. Your story page can be shared only with the people you choose. Your Legacy Beacon and private link are for you and your circle. We can password protect certain sections and the password shared with those you wish. The level of privacy is entirely up to you.
