A message from our founder
Something unexpected happened.

What began as a way to preserve the stories of loved ones became something much deeper. I realized that their memories lived only with me — and that one day, those memories could disappear too.I was troubled by how easily stories fade. Obituaries expire. Social media doesn’t last. Even genealogy records, while valuable, left me with only names and dates — not voices, personalities, laughter, or the things that truly made someone who they were.

When I began writing the stories of my loved ones, something beautiful happened. Memories resurfaced. I could see how their lives shaped mine — and how their presence continues through others. That experience inspired me to write my own story. It was emotional, grounding, and unexpectedly life-affirming.When I shared this process with close friends and family, they felt the same.That’s when Imagine Your Legacy was born.

This isn’t just about remembering the past — it’s about honoring lives, celebrating caregivers, and giving future generations more than names and dates. We’ve built simple tools and thoughtful support to make storytelling accessible, meaningful, and lasting — without pressure or complexity.
